I enjoyed my stay at the All Seasons Inn overall. Checkin was fairly quick as i had a reservation booked. Aircon cooled the room well. Breakfast was okay but I guess I may have had milk for the coffee that may have spoiled, otherwise everything else tasted fine. Checkout took less than a minute, and I was on my way.

Dated property that needs a serious refurb. Despite signs of age wear and tear the place was decently clean. Housekeeping was prompt and quick every day. Made beds, emptied trash, and fresh towels every day. Breakfast was not great. Decent place to stay if you don’t need much.

Great and friendly staff, knowledgeable about the area. Some students that attend Bryant do live here for the school year, so that white bus you see coming around is not a shuttle for the hotel lol awkward. Breakfast is delicious and hotel room was so clean, like high quality clean.

Cleaning crew was very accommodating to our needs. There was questionable activity taking place in the parking lot throughout our stay including belligerent conversations and screaming in the middle of the night. We liked that the hotel was dog friendly but the commotion outside our room made our small dog nervous and we were reprimanded for his barking although nothing was done about the group of drunkards yelling at 3am.

The stay was ok it was just for one night but they took $150 from me for incidental charges on May 9th when I checked in and they said it would take 3-5 business days to be credited back to my account. It has been 18 days and it still shows up pending in my account. That is totally unacceptable
