In the small town of Privlaka, just 10m from the sandy beach you can find the apartment house Lucy. What makes it special is its unique location, size of the property and close proximity to the sea. Everything you need is located near the house and just 3km from the house you can find bigger supermarkets .

The exterior of the house of 1600m2 is a large green area with a small playground, outdoor shower, garden furniture, deck chairs, parasols and a spacious sea view. At the back of the house is a large parking lot with 8 parking spaces. The whole house was built to face the sea.

Apartment Lucy 6 + 2 is located on the ground floor of the house, it can be accessed from two sides, the first is from the back of the house in the apt or over a spacious covered terrace overlooking the sea with a terrace furniture for enjoying the hot summer for days.
