If you’re looking for a prime location on the North Shore of Kauai, this is it. Villas on the Prince 34 is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home which offers privacy in a quiet, gated, upscale community. This home is delightful and wonderfully appointed and has everything you could possibly need or want for your home away from home.

This split-level house offers a generous 1800 sq. ft. of spacious living with A/C throughout and ceiling fans in every room. Upstairs, the open great room has mission-style high-vaulted ceilings and combines the living room, dining room and kitchen with plenty of room for your group to gather together. The living room has tropical furnishings and lots of windows to bring in sunshine and breezes. Sit out on the private covered lanai and enjoy the awesome garden landscapes and magnificent mountain views. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances to enjoy home cooked meals. Everyone can spend time together here in total comfort in a designed seating space, where attention to detail is obvious throughout.

The upper level also has a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom next to it for convenience. Relax on the private covered lanai with a cup of coffee in the morning or the choice of your favorite sipping beverage in the evening. Step downstairs to a cozy anteroom which leads to two large master suites with king beds and private baths. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This spacious and well-equipped and well-maintained, beautiful gated condo provides the perfect backdrop for a perfect vacation on Kauai's north shore. Located within short walk to shopping, restaurants, bank, grocery, community center, weekly farmers market, even library. Tasteful, comfortable furnishings, well-equipped kitchen with premium appliances and generous overstock items, tech comforts including 3 large flat screen TVs, even A/C complete the package and make this unit particularly satisfying.
