This Air Conditioned, newly renovated, spacious 1 BdRm condo with Primary Bedroom and Full Bathroom plus Loft with half Bath is located in the Resort Community of Princeville. New Novaform Comfortgrande King Size Bed in the Primary Bedroom and Queen Size Bed with half Bath in a separate Loft area.
Relax with your morning coffee on the large lanai before heading out to enjoy your Kauai day. This condo has a fully equipped, up to date kitchen with new black and stainless cooktop stove, Blender, toaster, rice cooker - steamer and crock pot. Newly tiled walk in shower, bathroom and vanity. This unit provides a Reserved Parking Space. Beach chairs and cooler are also included. A wide variety of activities are literally right out the door, Princeville Makai Golf course and tennis courts are across the street. Hideaways Beach for swimming and snorkeling is within walking distance. The Princeville walking - jogging path will lead you to sunset views overlooking the North Shore.
