Couldn’t have asked more from the staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for that. Hotel has definitely seen better days. For what you get, I feel the price paid is too high. ‘Fitness Center’ is comprised of 3 machines and no free weights. Of the three machines, only 1 machine (the elliptical) works. Elevator is broken (the elevator was broken 2 weeks ago when my father was here. Room is great, minus the fridge with separating seal around the edges and the freezer desperately needs to be defrosted. Rivals the iceberg of the titanic.

The room was clean. The trash bins at the back parking lot was overflowing. There was a lot of teenagers running up and down the hallway talking loud from 7 pm till 9:30 pm I stepped outside my room to ask them to quiet there wasn't anyone from the front desk asking them to be quiet. I have stayed there a lot of times have never had that issue.

The only th8ng I really have a problem with is the back door isnt locked where you use a key to get in and the commodes are so low to the floor us older people have trouble getting up off of it..And I always stay on the bottom floor like I want to but the elevattor wasnt working for other folks gettinuppeo

We were assigned a room when we arrived, used our key to open the door and there were already people staying in the room. We went to the desk and they gave us a different room but never apologized for the mistake. Room was clean but the water pressure in the shower was awful.

The lady, Karen , at front desk was super nice with an issue i had. Then the assistant manager , tall blonde guy, was super nice and helpful as we checked out. Hotel was very nice. Safe wouldnt open but that was not an issue. Room 111.

It was clean, the staff was kind and it’s in a convenient location. The elevator was broken when we arrived and on the 5th day it was still broken. Our room was in the top floor and needless to say it was pretty annoying. The hotel was also packed so management clearly didn’t care about customers if they couldn’t get it fixed in five days.
