Check in was a breeze. Cleanliness of the room was average. The room was quite small compared to other Holiday Inns we’ve stayed at. There were cracks where the curtain rods are installed. NO HOT WATER in the sink, informed front desk and housekeeping who called front desk as well But nothing was done. When I told them after check out, no apologies were mentioned , staff just said “ I will let maintenance know’. This was a disappointing stay for sure.
