My advice to all customers going to tall trees do not go for longer than one night, 2 at the maximum and dont expect much, especially in the breakfast department.
This is for the owner.
I have been in the catering industry for more years than i care to mention and I empathise with anyone in this industry.
So i would like to make a few suggestions. We where probably a customer who stayed longer than normal 5 nights.
You where so rude and unwelcoming the first few days that we where at tall trees that we considered leaving, but i was going to make sure that you where not going to spoil our holiday.
We had a good look at your website and what you offered 90 percent of that was not anywhere to be noticed.
Breakfast. Dont bother, if you cant do it properly then reduce your price and take it out, homemade bread definitely does not make a breakfast.
Move your office out of the kitchen then you wont be bothered by your guests.
Put tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, then you wont be bothered by guests who just want hot water.
Lastly shut your doors for a few weeks take a deep breath and ask yourself if you really want to welcome guests into your home.
These are positive points and obviously up to you wether you implement them, but i hope you do, I am sure that it will make for a better harmonious household.
