We always stay at this hotel when in PG. it’s a good location although a bit sketchy in the evening. Underground parking is why we prefer to stay there as well as being close to a few of our favourite restaurants

Had an excellent esperience at this hotel. It was clean and quiet. It has many boardrooms to host events as well which I didn't experience. Staff were friendly and super helpful. The location can be known to have rough persons around, however, its few and far between for an incident to occur. Still should be vigilent though at night.

The front staff did not inform me of the parking charge and at check out said the price was $5.00 and that was fine but they charged my credit card 20 for incidentals (pre-auth) and then $10 for parking No consistency and an argument from front staff that they only charged me $5. I provided proof. She said she would notify manager via email And then said she would text them when I asked to be CC’ed. Other than that I enjoyed the room and amenities.
