On the ground floor, a generous living and dining room of 50 m2 features a panoramic window and provides direct access to the terrace. An open kitchen on this level is fully equipped, and a shower with WC completes the ground floor arrangement.
The upper floor hosts an additional living and dining room with terrace access. This level contains 4 bedrooms in total. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom features a panoramic window, 1 french bed of the same dimensions (160 cm x 200 cm), a private bath with WC, and direct access to the terrace. The remaining 2 bedrooms on this floor each benefit from panoramic windows, 1 french bed (160 cm x 200 cm) per room, and individual terrace access. A fully equipped open kitchen and 2 shower rooms with WC serve this floor.
