Für sportliche Aktivitäten ist viel vorhanden fußläufig Radverleih, Schwimmbad , Rundweg um den Chiemsee. Ebenfalls Bäcker und Wochenmarkt am Freitag in unmittelbarer Nähe. Schöne Terrasse für ein Glas Wein - selbst bei kühlen Wetter.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit lauschiger Terrasse (inkl. Gasgrill) in der ruhigen und toll gelegenen Altstadt von Prien. Bäcker, Geschäfte und Beginn der Einkaufsmeile sind fußläufig in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Zum Bahnhof/Busstationen geht man ca. 10 Minuten. Von den herzlichen Gastgebern Simone und Walter sind wir großartig "umsorgt" worden...als "Basislager" zur Erkundung des Chiemsees sehr empfehlenswert

Wir sind herzlich empfangen worden und haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Ausstattung ist ausgezeichnet. Es ist alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem recht zentral. Den Bäcker erreicht man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und geben gerne hilfreiche Tipps. Wir können die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung.Ruhige Lage in einem Wohngebiet.Terrasse mit viel Grün davor war super bei den heißen Temperaturen.Lediglich die fehlende Möglichkeit das Schlafzimmer komplett abzudunkeln hat uns etwas gestört.Kommunikation mit Vermieterin war problemlos und freundlich.

Wunderschöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Tolle und top ausgestattete, ruhig gelegene Wohnung. Wir haben uns bei den sehr freundlichen Gastgebern sehr wohlgefühlt. Es wurde an alles gedacht inkl. eines Begrüßungspaket mit Wein und Schokolade. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Prien sehr genossen.

Schöner und abwechslungsreicher Urlaub

Wir haben zwei schöne und abwechslungsreiche Wochen am Chiemsee verbracht. In der Ferienwohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist eine tolle Mischung aus alt und modern. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet (auch mit den Dingen des täglichen Gebrauchs wie Gewürzen, Ölen und Kaffeepads etc.), das Bad ist sehr schön renoviert. Bei schönem Wetter haben wir viel auf der großen und sonnigen Terrasse gesessen, die an einem großen Garten grenzt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, zentral und doch völlig ruhig gelegen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Vor der Ankunft wurden wir mit zahlreichen Informationen versorgt, bei der Ankunft und auch zwischendurch mit Überraschungen wie Wein und Prosecco. Bei Fragen und auch für ein Gespräch hatten sie immer ein offenes Ohr und Zeit. An- und Abreise waren völlig unkompliziert und sehr flexibel. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und würden sie jederzeit wieder mieten.

Ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Wir hatten zum Glück auch super Wetter. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums. Zum Bäcker sind es keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Für sportlich Aktive gibt es genügend Möglichkeiten. Segway, Kletterwald..

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung hat einen besonderen Charme und ist sehr modern ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit ist besonders hervorzuheben. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Gastgeber haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen - alles in allem ein sehr guter Gesamteindruck.

Hervorragender Famienurlaub

Im Vorfeld der Kontakt zwischen den Vermietern und uns hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Bei Fragen wurde uns sehr schnell weitergeholfen. Wir sind herzlich aufgenommen worden . Die Wohnung mir Terasse und Garten hat unseren Kindern sehr gefallen. Die Lage der Wohnung war super ruhig man konnte richtig gut entspannen. Um an den Chiemsee zu kommen konnte man gemütlich mit der Bahn hin fahren was schon ein Erlebnis mit Kindern ist. Man war sehr zentral. Die Wohnung war harmonisch, gemütlich und warm eingerichtet, es hat nichts gefehlt. Wir werden wiederkommen : )

Individuell und zentral

Die sehr schöne FeWo liegt zentral, nicht weit vom Marktplatz und ist doch absolut ruhig. Auch zu den Schiffsanlegern sind es zu Fuß nur gut 20 min. Die Ausstattung ist klasse bis hin zu den Kaffeekapseln für den Kaffee, welcher einen nach einer langen Anreise wieder munter macht. Die Betreuung durch die sehr nette Vermieterin ist aufmerksam und sie hatte gute Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflugsziele bereit. Insgesamt hat uns Prien und der Chiemgau super gefallen, wobei selbst 2 Wochen nicht ausgereicht haben, um alles Interessante zu erleben, zu erwandern oder zu erradeln. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.
