Prevelly Hideaway is a beachside villa located on a quiet street in Prevelly, just a hop skip and a jump to the local dog / swimming beach and with easy access to Gnarabup beach along the beach walk path. The villa comfortably sleeps a family of 6 in three bedrooms. This villa is a great place for a casual beachside getaway in summer and cosy stay in winter with the wood fire place. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful hideaway.
The space
Once inside the villa a short hallway invites you into the open plan living area which is light and bright with high ceilings. It has large windows, comfortable couches, TV, wood fireplace, reverse cycle aircon and dining table for 6 guests.

The kitchen is simple, but fully equipped with gas cooktop, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a newly renovated combined bathroom laundry with shower, vanity basin, washing machine and a separate toilet.

At the front of the home you’ll find the main bedroom with a king-sized bed to the right with a glass sliding door for direct access to the backyard. Opposite is the second bedroom with 2 x single beds. The third bedroom is through the living area near the bathroom with 2 x single beds (top bunk bed not for use).

The back yard is fully fenced for your furry friend with a nice section of lawn. There is a patio area on the verandah with outdoor table and BBQ, you’ll find an outdoor shower in the carport to wash off the beach sand.

The villa is not large but offers ample space for up to 6 guests. It is located behind a front villa, down a narrow driveway. With undercover car parking in a carport for one vehicle and a second vehicle on the driveway behind.

The location of Prevelly Hideaway serves as the ideal coastal escape or starting point for discovering the stunning Margaret River region. Take a leisurely stroll along the beach track, and you'll arrive at the renowned White Elephant Cafe. In 5mins you’ll be on the world famous Caves Road, ready to explore the 100+ wineries in the region and in 10mins you’ll be on the classic main street of Margaret River town.

The guests have access to the entire villa.
Other things to note
Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.

Property Fee: Please note that the property fee is the Cleaning & linen fee, it says 'pay at property' however this amount will be charged to you when the amount is taken for your booking. We offer self check-in accommodation and do not have facilities where we can take payment at the property.

Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.

Pets: the house is ‘Pet Friendly’ and we love small furry friends :) A Maximum of 2 dogs allowed at any one time. The yard is fully fenced. All dogs must be kept off furniture/beds. Please let us know if you are bringing your dog along, at the time of booking. Please remember that while we love your furry friends, you are responsible for their ‘deposits’.
