Clean and quiet!

So check in was super easy and I made the reservation through one app when I arrive they politely said let us link your Hilton member so you get your rewards. I was greeted with a smile was told repeatedly if I needed anything to please let them know. The facility was quiet. It was very clean. The bathroom had more than enough towels and wash rags. I love how they have hand soap in a dispenser instead of a bar of soap that is tiny for everyone to use. Now the breakfast that could use some work little bit more variety of pastries, offer, bacon, and sausage and then have regular pancake or waffle batter instead of just the one with the flavors.

My son had to attend an interview at Pikeville University and the hotel was just across the road. It was so convenient! Parking was very easy and overall our stay was very comfortable. We will stay there again if we visit Pikeville in future.

It was next to university property meaning it felt safe and comfortable. Definitely one of the better Hampton Inns. Appreciated some extra attention to detail like a fog-free mirror in the bathroom. Breakfast also above average.

Always a great place to call home away from home!

My son lives in Pikeville, and we love staying at this hotel. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, and the complimentary breakfast is amazing (try the Banana nut waffles!) Thank you to the staff for always being so welcoming and caring!
