Huge comfortable bedroom with large en-suite bathroom with separate bath plus a walk in shower. We booked the spa, dinner, bed & breakfast break - the spa was nice but the water in the outdoor pools was too cold.

Best spa we have ever stayed at. The service was absolutely excellent, Fromm all of the staff at the hotel reception, spa and restaurant. Our room was beautiful, very spacious. The only minor comments we have, there was no body wash in our room, and no tap on the bath, had to fill bath with the shower head! Neither detracted from our stay, we can’t wait to visit again.

Overnight stay plus spa. The room was spotless. The only down side being that there was no view from the window, the pillows were too hard (for myself) and the mattress although comfortable was sunk into the wooden frame of the bed, thereby bruising my hamstrings when getting up out of bed. The meal in the, " orangery," only one type of steak available, which was dry and was a fillet steak. Chips we're nice (treble cooked). Spa was really nice, so relaxing.

What an amazing place

We have stayed everywhere from camping in the dessert to the savoy! I can only say that the Spa Hotel made us more comfortable than we have ever been, with amazing team members, such friendliness and spa cleaner than I’ve ever experienced.
