The hotel was stunning, but i was very disappointed with the lack of parking avaliable. This was one of the main reasons i chose this hotel. I had booked 4 rooms for myself and 3 friends that had travelled 3hrs, to be told that 3 of the 4 rooms were ready but mine wasn't and to come back in around an hour, when i did they said it still wasnt ready and i had been moved to the main building. I asked why as the while purpose was that we were all together. She then checked and guess what my original room was available. A complete waste of time and with the parking situation left a foul taste in my mouth. For £300 a night i expect more and my room was clean and tidy, but very tired. Breakfast was ok, nothing special and was something like you'd get in a premier inn.

We were greeted by the cheerful receptionist who explained the ins and outs of the hotel and also made sure our car was booked onto their system to avoid a fine. The room was warm and comfortable and quiet despite being at the back of the property, near the dual carriageway. There was a shower over the bath and a non-slip rubber bath mat was provided. Buffet style breakfast was served in the basement and there was plenty of choice with the staff ensuring everything was topped up and working efficiently. The hotel is walking distance from the town centre, it exceeded our expectations and will be our go to place for our next visit to Preston.

We arrived quite late due to an accident on the motorway, & there was no space in the carpark. However the staff on shift were extremely helpful and kind & saved a space for us as one of the reception team had just finished her shift. The only negative aspect was that the room was very hot during the night & I couldn't figure out how to make it cooler at 1.45 am and it meant I didn't sleep very well.

Lovely room. Very clean. And warm! Radiator in the room instead of fan heating. Nice and toasty. Close to town. Great breakfast. Only downside was we arrived a little early in the rain and wanted to dry off but they wouldn’t let us have the room until 2pm on the dot.
