Cottage on Park is less than 1 mile from Whiskey Row, the square, shopping, dining, hiking, and all with a great music scene. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Parking in driveway for 5 cars.

Main level has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, dining table with seating for 6, Living room, fireplace and a lounge area with additional couch and 2 chairs.

Downstairs casita has entrance from outside or upstairs. 1 bedroom with full bed, bathroom, laundry room, small kitchen, pull out queen sofa bed, and tv. Separate a/c system downstairs.

Property has a nice deck off the kitchen and a lot of space for relaxing and hanging out. Total 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, 2 bathrooms. Seating for 6 at dining table. Seating for 8 upstairs in living room and lounge.

Dog friendly but NO fenced yard.

Everything was great! Very well organized with all the amenities you would ever need for your stay. Plus the location made it so easy to go to Whiskey Row. There is an extra downstairs area with another kitchen, laundry room, tv and a bedroom. My daughter hung out down there and loved it.

The home has everything you need… Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable bedding, and overall a beautiful home…very clean! It might not be the right house for somebody who is physically challenged because there are a lot of stairs leading in and out of the house.
