Perfect Premantura accommodation

We spent a week in this beautiful apartment close to the centre of Premantura. The interior was immaculate with everything we needed; close to the vibrant village centre in the evenings, and peaceful at night. So many stunning beaches and sights nearby, this is a great base to tour the Istrian peninsula.

Wunderschƶnes Zuhause auf Zeit

Wunderschƶne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man fĆ¼r einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Sehr gute KĆ¼chenausstattung, gute Betten und bequeme Sitzmƶbel. Unser "Sehnsuchtsort" Nationalpark Kap Kamenjak ist fuƟlƤufig gut zu erreichen, etliche Restaurants und ein gut sortierter Laden sind im Ort. Wir empfehlen das Apartment uneingeschrƤnkt weiter! Unsere Tipps: Bucht Pinizule im Nationalpark, Grillteller im Restoran Kamenjak (gleich nebenan), abends nach Rovinj(oft Livemusik bis in die Nachsaison), Tagesausflug nach Rabac (OstkĆ¼ste, ca 1Std. Fahrt)

Die Wohnung ist gerƤumig und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benƶtigt. Zentral gelegen mit vielen Restaurants in der nƤhe und schƶnen Merblick. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nett und Problemlos. Es war ein toller Urlaub!

Schƶne neue Wohnung fĆ¼r 2-3 Personen

+ alles ist neu, sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet + alle Zimmer mit Meerblick, Klimaanlage, Fliegengitter und AuƟenjalousien + Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten und Restaurants 5 min FuƟweg entfernt, trotzdem sehr ruhig aber: es hƤtte in der Beschreibung stehen mĆ¼ssen, dass die Wohnung fĆ¼r max. 3 Personen geeignet ist: - keine Aufbewahrungsmƶglichkeit fĆ¼r Strandutensilien und die vielen Sitzauflagen der Balkonmƶbel. Ein Schrank in der Wohnung nicht nutzbar, weil abgeschlossen. Wenn man nicht zu viert ist, bietet das Kinderzimmer Stauraum. - auf dem Balkon kann man nur zu dritt gemĆ¼tlich sizten. Man kann dort keine Mahlzeiten essen, es gibt nur einen Tisch in Couchhƶhe - Sofa fĆ¼r max. 3 Personen - zu wenig Besteck fĆ¼r 4, d.h. nach jeder Mahlzeit spĆ¼len - KĆ¼hlschrank ist zu klein fĆ¼r 4 Personen in der Sommerzeit Leider funktionierte der Transponder fĆ¼r das Parkplatztor in der 2. Woche nicht mehr. Da es keine RĆ¼ckmeldung der Vermieter gab, konnten wir nur noch auƟerhalb des GrundstĆ¼cks auf einer staubigen Wiese parken :-(

We stayed one amazing week in June 2024. The apartment, in a good position to explore Kamenjak beaches, was perfect, It had all that You need. Near the apartment there are all services: restaurants and markets.

Schƶne Wohnung fĆ¼r einen erholsamen Urlaub

Haben in der Wohnung einen schƶnen und erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen um die StrƤnde und Buchten in Premantura und am Kap Kampenjak zu erkunden. Die Wohnung selbst ist umfassend und modern eingerichtet, wir haben nichts vermisst und uns sehr wohlgefĆ¼hlt. Auch gibt es alles was man braucht (Restaurants, kleiner Supermarkt usw) in fuƟlƤufiger NƤhe. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert, schnell und nett. Ingesamt sind wir also rundum zufrieden und kƶnnen die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Super Urlaub

Wir haben unseren 14tƤgigen Urlaub in der gebuchten Unterkunft total genossen. Die Wohnung ist superschƶn eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Bei einem von mir selbst verursachten Problem šŸ˜‚ , wurde mir von dem/der Vermieter/in wƤhrend einem Telefonat sofort geholfen. Auch ā€šIvancaā€˜, Frau fĆ¼r alles vor Ort hat dabei tatkrƤftig geholfen. Nochmals auf diesem Wege vielen Dank. Das Naturschutzgebiet Kamenjak und auch alle Restaurants und GeschƤfte sind zu FuƟ in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Bei einem nochmaligen Aufenthalt in dieser Gegend, werden wir wohnungsmƤssig nicht mehr suchen mĆ¼ssenā€¦.

Moderne Wohnung

Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man benƶtigt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist sehr schƶn. Das Haus steht leider direkt an der HauptstraƟe. Zu bestimmten Zeiten ist das Verkehrsaufkommen sehr hoch. DafĆ¼r ist der BƤcker, Supermarkt, etc. gleich in der NƤhe. Wir hatten als Familie einen wunderschƶnen Urlaub.

Moderne Wohnung mit WohlfĆ¼hlatmosphƤre

Die Wohnung ist modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sie liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig. Die Ausstattung, besonders in der KĆ¼che lieƟ keine WĆ¼nsche offen und entspricht einem hohen Standard. Der zweite Schlafraum mit den Einzelbetten ist ideal fĆ¼r Familien. An der Sauberkeit gibt es absolut nichts zu bemƤngeln. Es war alles tipptopp! Der Ort Premantura bietet eine Vielzahl von Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten, Restaurants und schƶne Badebuchten. Fehlende FuƟwege im Zentrum sind jedoch ein kleiner Kritikpunkt. Der kleine Strand am Campingplatz ist fĆ¼r jĆ¼ngere Kinder optimal zum Baden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und haben wirklich an alles gedacht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Modernes Appartement

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und vollstƤndig ausgestattet. Das hat uns gut gefallen. Leider liegt sie an der stark befahrenen StraƟe in Richtung Nationalpark Kamenjak, wodurch wir den Balkon mit toller Aussicht so gut wie nicht nutzen konnten. In der Nebensaison ist es bestimmt ruhiger. Als wir ankamen waren alle HandtĆ¼cher nass, dies hat uns nicht so gefallen.

Urlaub mit Traumwohnung

Die Wohnung ist mit liebe zum Detail und zum wohlfĆ¼hlen eingerichtet. In der KĆ¼che gibt es wirklich alles was man braucht..und mehr. Das Bad ist sehr gerƤumig und das duschen mit der Regendusche eine tolle Entspannung. Die Betten sind super bequem und Dank RollƤden ist ein erholsamer Schlaf sicher. Kima in jedem Schlafraum Wohnbereich vorhanden. Mit Tina hatten wir eine super nette und kompetente Gastgeberin. Restaurants, SupermƤrkte und alles was man so braucht ist super in ein paar Minuten zu FuƟ erreichen. Wir hatten einen richtig relaxten Urlaub.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr positiv Ć¼berrascht. Wir hatten zu viert ausreichend Platz und fĆ¼hlten uns in unserem Ferienzuhause sehr wohl. Top fanden wir den schƶnen Balkon, von dem aus man eine Panoramaussicht hat. Wir hatten mit den Teenies einen Schnorchelurlaub gesucht. Permantura/Kamenjak war Klasse. Top Badebuchten. Wenig SandstrƤnde, aber Schnorchler wissen, dass man die felsigen KĆ¼sten braucht šŸ˜Ž. Erholungsfaktor pur! UneingeschrƤnkte Empfehlung von uns šŸ‘ Sehr hilfsbereite EigentĆ¼mer der Ferienwohnung. Insgesamt ist diese Wohnung in dem kleinen Ort Premantura sehr zu empfehlen. Sie bietet alles, was man in einer Ferienwohnung benƶtigt. Die RƤumlichkeiten sowie die KĆ¼che sind sehr gut ausgestattet, der Balkon bietet Sitzmƶglichkeiten und hat morgens Sonne. Die Vermieterin versorgt im Vorfeld mit allen nƶtigen Informationen zur Ankunft und zur Wohnung und ist sehr nett.

Neue moderne Wohnung in bester Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. 2 Flachbildfernseher, W-lan, toller Balkon mit Meerblick, groƟer gesicherter Parkplatz und Vieles mehr. SupermƤrkte, Restaurants, BƤckereien und andere GeschƤfte sind in unmittelbarer NƤhe (zwei Minuten FuƟweg). Der sehenswerte Nationalpark "Kap Kamenjak" mit all seinen traumhaften Buchten und kristallklarem Wasser liegt ebenfalls direkt vor der TĆ¼r (Pflichtbesuch). Wir haben absolut nichts vermisst. Noch ein groƟes Dankeschƶn an den Vermieter fĆ¼r die tolle Abwicklung und Kommunikation.

Traumurlaub an einem Traumort

Sehr schƶne, geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtete FeWo mit allem was man fĆ¼r einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Waren des tgl. Bedarfs (Brƶtchen, Obst, Minimarkt) in unmittelbarer NƤhe. GroƟe Auswahl an guten Restaurants im Nahbereich. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter-Kontakt mit hilfreichen Tipps fĆ¼r die Anreise und den Aufenthalt. Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Check IN und OUT problemlos. Sehr ruhig und bei Bedarf kĆ¼hl und dunkel in der Wohnung durch Klima und Rollo. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal hinfahren, es gibt noch viele schƶne PlƤtze zu erkunden!
