This villa with pool, 250 m from the beach, is located in the small fishing village Premantura, bordering the nature park Cape Kamenjak. The vacation house captivates with its unique shape. The spacious interior and exterior offer enough space for a pleasant and relaxing vacation. On the first floor there is a spacious lounge with direct exit to the pool area, a laundry room, a guest toilet and an additional utility room. From the 1st floor a spiral staircase leads to the roof terrace, from where you can enjoy views of the surroundings and the sea. On the upper level there are 4 bedrooms with corresponding bathrooms.
