Good except the swimming pool time restriction

Not so good is related to the limitation for the swimming pool. We were not enough satisfied. However, the suite was clean and well isolated noise free. Warm welcome and all the staff was friendly and professional.

Always a go to hotel to stay while in Cornwall for work. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Always clean facilities. Breakfast is fantastic. Good value for money.

Nice hotel staff were great especially in the restaurant and although my room was nice the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable, I am still aching a day later. It all ways annoys me when they ask for payment on arrival even though the cave a card on file. Saying that I will probably try it again sometime

I am not a first time traveller to the Penventon, I have stayed multiple times over the past year and I have thoroughly enjoyed the stays (all business trips). If you want a high standard of service, cleanliness, value for money, I would highly recommend the Penventon Park. On two occasions, I have had complimentary room upgrades. The food is excellent and reasonably priced, the room cost does include breakfast at the Penventon which makes the cost comparison to something like a Premier Inn (Premier Plus), very positive. If I am in Redruth, the Penventon will always be my first choice

Overall great.

Lovely reception, family room perfect with surprise extra bed, lovely and clean, gorgeous towels and space. Very nice bar, restaurant and friendly staff. Slow service at dinner but it was busy, Food was sadly average . All looked lovely but needed more flavour. I do a lot of cooking so maybe fine to someone that only eats simple foods . Pool area very tired. Has so much potential for a fabulous spa but perfect for the kids they didn’t care. Just don’t have big expectations. Overall Very comfortable stay x

Valentines Weekend.

Lovely valentines weekend,.excellent staff really friendly and attentive. Great room very clean and spacious. Spa area was brilliant, better than Celtic Manor, and the staff in there.were brilliant. We ate in the restaurant and the food was of a good standard, particularly the breakfasts which was excellent.
