Large renovated farmhouse on the slopes

Located on the ski slopes of the station PRAZ SUR ARLY and DIAMANT space (180 kms of tracks), 500m from the village and 5 kms from MEGEVE.

This authentic farm, with a capacity of 14 people, has been completely renovated, combining comfort, modernity and luxury.
In winter, access is by vehicle equipped with snow tires (the car park is 100m walk from the chalet in winter) and then by snowmobile with driver. In summer, very easily, by car to the doors of the chalet.

Breathtaking view of the village and the Aravis mountain range: peacefulness guaranteed on this property of 1. 2 hectares.
There is an à la carte service for extra extras made by a concierge on request.

Spent a superb week in Praz over Christmas with 3 families. The chalet was superb and the online photos don’t do it justice. It was exceptionally well equipped, beautifully decorated, the fireplace was amazing and there was a Christmas tree! Sadly the snow wasn’t quite good enough to ski in/out but the lift is a 2 minute drive with excellent skiing, especially at higher level. Great stay with friends - a perfect venue - would definitely visit again!!

Le chalet est très agréable, spacieux, très bien équipé. La communication avec les propriétaires et Jérome qui s'occupait de notre arrivée est facile, ils sont tous très disponibles et de bon conseil. Pour les enfants ou gens qui ne savent pas bien skier, prévoir de descendre à la station en voiture.

Superbe séjour dans un cadre idyllique et un chalet magnifique très bien équipé. Seul petit bémol l'accessibilité au chalet pour les très jeunes enfants est très compliquée et cela n'est pas trop précisé au niveau de l'annonce. Positionnement génial si la totalité du groupe a un niveau de ski permettant de descendre ski aux pieds à la station. Pour le reste 5 étoiles plus !!!!!! Séjour du 26.12 au 02.01.2022. Bonne année 2022 à tous.

Nous avons passé une semaine tout à fait idéale en famille (8-83 ans) dans ce chalet authentique avec une vue magnifique, bien conçu, au calme, proche des commerces mais aussi de superbes randos.... Bref nous reviendrons sans doute !

Excellente semaine, accompagnée de belle poudreuse !

Chalet spacieux et parfaitement dimensionné pour 3 familles avec une dizaine d'enfants. La pièce à vivre est immense, et la cuisine parfaite pour tout organiser. Les chambres magnifiquement proportionnées. On regrettera seulement un manque d'ustensiles de cuisine, qui ont pu nous faire défaut qq jours. Sinon, la semaine fut parfaite, et le chalet extrêmement agréable. Sa situation au pied des pistes est un bonheur. Je recommande vivement pour ceux qui aiment les belles petites stations familiales.
