My wife and I stood at the front counter for over twenty minutes.Waiting for someone to show up at the desk. My wife called customer service twice and got zero help. Once someone finally showed up and checked us into our room. Our room was dirty, a dead roach, greeted us at the front door.

My stay at this hotel was not terrible, but it was not great. It started when I entered the room and found about 8 "stink bugs" dead laying around in various spots in the room. The front desk was very nice when I presented the photos to them, but did not change my room. Instead they swept up the bugs. I woke up with more stink bugs in my room and one crawling on my leg. I know that stink bugs will not hurt me, but I find it a little gross that they were infesting the room. The front desk told me that they had sprayed. Maybe it would be a better idea to not use the rooms that were being infested. Again, the front desk was very nice. When I woke up at 4am with one on my leg, I just got up and left. For the price, it wasn't worth the stay. I didn't even get to enjoy the breakfast which looked like it was going to be good.

As with other hotels we have stayed at, they don't clean the air conditioner filter. So if they fix that issue the rating would be higher. No one likes breathing others crud. It was a great night sleep. Felt safe & it was quiet. Loved that we didn't have to climb stairs. The elevator was great. Breakfast was good the staff was very friendly.

Staff was incredible and super attentive. They got us in last minute after another hotel did us wrong. The hotel is also insanely nice and clear, and the breakfast is wonderful. The price is also super reasonable. I’d highly recommend staying here.
