The room was clean and nice, but it wasn't the room I booked through Hotels.com. I wanted the king bed suite, but got a double queen bed room. I was too tired to ask what happened to the room I booked. The room that I was given didn't have number by the door

Unpleasant check-in. Room mix up. Excessive vacuuming in busy areas with guests present. Hot water temperature set too low. Broken furniture. Wrong size faucets, don’t extend over sink, causing water to go all over counter. Beds were comfortable. Nice coffee machine, but we elected not to stay for the breakfast due to the issues we experienced. Would not recommend, will not stay there again.

Checked into room and noticed the floor was filthy and haven't been swept. Then went into bathroom and fecal crude was left in toilet. I had already santized the room to my standards upon arrival. The lady at front desk offered to give me another room.. We were too tired to santize another room and move our things. Housekeeping came up the next day and cleaned the toilet and swept but the fecal crude still remained.

This hotel is new but if I tell you it’s already falling apart.. the night stand and lamp was on the floor it was supposed to be mounted to the wall. The toilet was wobbling like crazy.. the bathroom sink the spout was barely running over the sink.. I don’t know who designed this hotel but it needs work done. Staff was decent.. house keeping didn’t clean or put out towels on our second day.. overall I wouldn’t stay again
