Spotless room. Never interacted with staff - my husband did. I think they were very courteous. Breakfast was very good. Only thing was that I could hear neighboring TV sounds, very muted, but audible. But you have no control over how Holiday Inn built the walls! I slept very well once I fell asleep.

Very nice and clean handicap room. Beds were a little soft but comfortable still. This room was close to the back exit which was great as we were traveling with two small dogs. Lots of grassy area around the hotel to walk our dogs. Breakfast was adequate and had several choices both hot or cold. Front desk was very friendly at check in and check out. Would stay here again.

The room was fine seemed to be refreshed more recently though age was still showing. While the check-in process was ok, the agent was not as fri2ndly as expected. The agent did not confirm the rewards number as requested and did not explain the additional $20 pending charge on the CC. The breakfast was good with variety and friendly staff.
