Extrem dreiste Hotelbesitzerin, die nur per Telefon erreichbar war. Hotel war überbukt und ich musste letztendlich die Mehrkosten für das Ersatzhotel für eine Nacht übernehmen. Dann war auf einmal doch noch ein Apartment frei. Allerdings ein kleineres als ich gebucht habe.
Sehr unangenehmes Erlebnis! Ich buche hier nie wieder.
