Attempting to check in, and hotel could not find my reservation. Used the chat function through orbitz, and determined somehow the reservation was not properly placed between Orbitz and Nordic hotel - no clue which one was responsible, but all in, took approximately 1 hour to resolve. Hotel staff and Orbitz were both accomodating, but on a day with limited time to explore the city, the loss of an hour mid afternoon was not appreciated. Hotel and staff are great, Orbitz customer service was responsive, but check in experience was not.

A great hotel at the absolute heart of the city. It has a fantastic pool and gym. I loved the breakfast buffet selection on offer. The honey comb from the roof top bee hives was a particularly nice touch.

Modern, comfy and conveniently located

The location worked well for us - just outside the old town but quick to walk in and near the trendy Rottermann Quarter. The room was super comfortable and well-designed. The pool was also lovely. Breakfast had a great selection.

Size of pool was significantly smaller than what we had anticipated and what was depicted by image on their website. Noho restaurant menu options somewhat limited. The view from our room wasn’t the best due to a chimney (?) obstruction. Would have liked significantly more counter space for toiletries in the large bathroom and a small sink to wash dishes (used in kitchenette). The size of our room, the kitchenette, the location (near Vana Tallinn main entrance) and the staff made up for any deficiencies. We will definitely return if we could get the same or similar room.

Perfect location for any visit to Tallinn but particularly for our visit as our room had an amazing view of the procession for the once in every 5 years musical celebration. Very friendly and efficient staff. Nothing to dislike.
