THE SPACE

Casa Sea La Vie is a welcoming ground‑floor apartment, ideal for 2 guests, with one bedroom and one bathroom.

From the balcony, the breathtaking view embraces terraced hills, the Li Galli islands, Capri and Positano.

The equipped kitchen — with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine — flows into bright, air‑conditioned spaces with Wi‑Fi, Smart TV and washing machine.

Access is via about 100 steps leading to a calm, traffic‑free area.

Guests have access to all indoor and outdoor spaces of the house.

A member of Giovanna’s team, or Giovanna herself, welcomes you in person and coordinates check‑in.

The house has an independent entrance and guests enjoy full access to all indoor and outdoor areas.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

The apartment is perfectly positioned between the beach and the town of Praiano, with local restaurants and amenities within a short walk.

Going down the steps, you quickly reach the beach; heading up, you enter the heart of the village.

The surroundings are made up almost entirely of private homes, making the neighborhood very relaxed and quiet.

You will not be disturbed by car noise or other types of sound, ideal for those seeking a calm and intimate atmosphere.



GETTING AROUND

Casa Sea La Vie is located in an area close to the sea, with easy access on foot to both the beach and the centre of Praiano: descending the steps leads to the beach, while going up brings you into the heart of town, with restaurants and shops within a short distance.

The area remains quiet and traffic‑free.

To travel along the coast you can use the SITA buses, with a stop a short distance from the centre of Praiano, or taxis and local transport services; the Amalfi Coast is also easily explored on foot along the scenic paths connecting Praiano to nearby beaches.
