Very good.

We had a great stay in Prague at Vincanto Rooms. Simon was very friendly and helpful when checking in, providing lots of useful information, recommendations and a map of the local area. We were able to store our bags and check-in early. The hosts were very responsive on WhatsApp which was super helpful too. The room itself was clean and had everything we needed (apart from a tea towel for drying up!). The hotel is well-located and walking into the old town is very easy. Keyless entry to the property is handy too as you don’t have to worry about carrying a key/card.

Excellent facilities in useful location

Really great accommodation in great location. Really close to the river and 10/15 minutes stroll to Charles Bridge and the Old Town. Room was in excellent condition and very clean. Well heated and TV with Netflix etc. Staff were really helpful with checking-in details and communications. Recommended!

友人と一部屋ずつ泊まりました｡ 部屋によって構造や内装がかなり違うようですが、どちらの部屋も素敵でした｡ 初日はバラが置いてあったうえ、オーナーも街の説明を簡易的にしてくださり、サービスがとても良かったです｡ 番号で開ける扉は少しコツがいりましたが、慣れれば問題なかったです｡
