In a great location as it's close to Old Town and Charles Bridge. Can be a little loud with the street noise. The Chocolate Cafe at the ground level is wonderful but maybe too tempting ;-). Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Location was perfect. Check in was confusing. Needed info on where to go to check in. Office was a few buildings down the street. Had to ask a restaurant if they knew where we were suppose to be. Otherwise once we got settled room was fine. Room did have air-conditioning, good thing since street noise was loud.

Excelllent hotel. I checked in late as my flight did not arrive until 930pm and check in was up until 10pm and the staff waited for me until I arrived at the hotel to get my room the first night. Excellent location, walkable to all of Old Town Prague.
