Everything. The host (Turnkey) they were very quick in responses which is a must when it comes to customer service and was very helpful in general! They had sent recommendations of food and activities etc to try out which was really nice of them!The penthouse was beautiful, with such a lovely terrace that goes all the way round and views of Henry’s Tower and the city…! The location was great too it is near to everything with the trams right outside so you can travel around very easily! Overall amazing! It was myself and family's first time in Prague and it was the perfect choice for comfort but also a secure location!
