Severely overpriced for a 2 night stay. The staff were nice and pleasant, hotel was quite old and dated, and the heating didn’t work. Was expecting better value for money :(

Excellent loading in Prague

The staff is very kind and helpful and the facility is very clean and tidy. The location was quite good with easy tram trips I to the old town. Breakfast was buffet style and well worth the small cost. We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone.

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed it. The staff was extremely helpful and allowed us to check in several hours earlier, the rooms are clean and cozy and the breakfast very nice. Can also recommend the hotel restaurant, our diner ws delicious.

Dated and needs refurbishment

Hotel is dated and old, and facing the road with tram. The listing says theres air conditioning but turns out its switched off during colder months. So its not possible to have fresh air since its too noisy to open the windows and no ac. Booked an executive room, it is slightly bigger than usual room but due to the layout the bathroom is very awkward and small. As i am pregnant and i have a young toddler, it makes it really hard to shower. We have a bed thats combined by two twin bed, however they ran out of a big blanket. So were given 2 single blanket. Breakfast was included since we booked an executive room. Food selection is alright. Service staff were friendly though. Stayed for 4 nights but we couldnt wait to leave the moment we entered the room. Unlikely return again

I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back again. Thought the room was lovely and breakfast very nice too. Staff were helpful and positive. Room was clean and tidy and sheets changed each day. The only problem was on the last two nights I could hear a female voice in the next room which disturbed my sleep. Guests maybe need a reminder to keep the noise down after 10pm so that others can sleep. Apart from that all good and would stay again. Dekuji vam.

Hotel was not as advertised

Hotel was lovely . Breakfast was nice . Most of the staff were friendly enough , asked a waiting staff for a spoon so I could get some scrambled eggs , which her reply was “yes that’s scrambled eggs “ , had to ask her a few times before she went and got one . Also booked this hotel as a Spa and Steam Room was advertised . My husband asked someone at the reception desk where it was to be told that that hotel didn’t have one and it was at another hotel which was about 5 minutes walk away. When my husband looked up the hotel it was permanently closed . Getting into the centre was good as there is a really good Tram service which stops outside the hotel .

Concert stay

Myself and daughter had a lovely stay, the staff were very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable , great touch with a free bottle of wine. It was a fab location for our concert we were attending and was easy to get a tram or taxi to the town centre.
