Luxury living in the heart of Old Town next to the Old Town Hall and Astronomical Clock (see the front door view photo).

Completely renovated, fully equipped apartment on the 3rd (top) floor of the historical building 'Melantrichova 20'. Seven large windows brighten the space with sun. Spacious living room with a kitchen unit, large master bedroom, guest bedroom, each with king size bed and two luxurious bathrooms can accommodate up to six adults. All the amenities for even the most demanding guests, including FREE wireless internet, heated towel bars etc.

Enjoy enchanting views on the red roofs and archways, Tyn Cathedral towers, check your time with the Old Town Hall clock from the apartment door. The apartment is in the heart of action, yet very quiet, with great number of restaurants, boutiques and shops in the immediate vicinity; 5 min. to the Charles Bridge, 3 min. to Wenceslas Square and subway station, 5 min to Old-New Synagogue and Old Jewish Cemetery; within minutes (walk) of all the major theaters, concert halls, museums and variety of entertainment. The fashionable Parizska Street with luxury brand name stores is just across the Old Town square, 2 min. away. Well equipped gym and swimming pool are at the nearby Hotel Intercontinental (5 min). Wonderful stay in the middle of everything

The apartment is beautiful , right in the middle of everything, in fact the astronomical clock tower is just a few steps away, and you can actually see it from the bedroom window. Well stocked and furnishings are very nice. Washer and dryer is so appreciated. If you’re coming from the airport, do yourself a favor and get a ride from Petr. He knows everything about Prague and will get you settled in. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location and apartment

We had 2 couples staying at this unit and everything was perfect. Location was amazing, just step out of the front door and you are in Old Town with the Astronomical clock in front of you. You can walk to all the highlights in Prague and also great restaurants just downstairs. We would highly recommend this apartment to everyone.

Great Location, Noise is a problem

This apartment is locatied a very short walk from the old town square and the astronomical clock. In at really is awesome location. The apartment is great for four adults (2 couples). The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator so be aware if you have heavy luggage. It is a long haul to get them up to the appartment. There is no air conditioning in the apartment. The host provides fans that are pretty effective but on hot days having the windows open is a challenge at night. The apartment is located in a very busy location. The will be bar sounds outside the windows till the early morning hours. When the bars traffic finally quiets, the trash trucks and delivery trucks start banging. So there is no time through the night that there is no noise below the open windows.

Great apartment in Old Town Prague!

We had a short weekend stay at this lovely apartment in Prague. The host are very helpful and responsive. Check in was very easy. The apartment was clean and as described. It is very centrally located and walking around town from here was easy. We highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect in Prague

Great location and rental with some caveat’s.

We loved the apartment and its closeness to old town square. We hated the grueling climb up 72 steep stairs to arrive at the apartment. Hard enough to climb these steps but with heavy luggage it was very difficult. So if you are elderly or out of shape, take this into account. There is no elevator. There is also no air conditioning and this trip was fairly cool and rainy so not really needed but when it gets hot I imagine it would be an issue. There are fans available and windows can be opened but we were awakened every night with people celebrating very loudly. The ice hockey playoffs most likely had something to do with this but again be aware. The two bedrooms, bathrooms and living area were great. Having laundry facilities was great. Lots of kitchen utensils but we did not want to carry anything other than water upstairs. There are tons of restaurants nearby and the food was very good. People were friendly and most spoke good English. You cannot beat this location but we would not stay again without an elevator. All four of us are over 70 otherwise it most likely won’t bother the younger crowd. We enjoyed everything about our stay and highly recommend Prague.

Great location if you want to be in the heart of the tourist district.

This is a lovely 4th floor walk up apartment in the heart of Old Town. The hosts a great to work with and the apartment is well-appointed with amenities! Even though it’s in the busiest tourist area (around the corner from the Astronomical Clock and the Hard Rock Cafe), the apartment itself is quiet. The street and square outside, however, were crammed with tourists in April. If this isn’t your jam, you might want to look outside of Old Town. But if you like to be in the middle of the action, this is the spot for you!

Best location in Prague!

This apartment could not be more ideally situated for seeing the sights in Prague! It is very, very close to the main square which was even more magical due to the Easter market during our visit. The location is very walkable to many shops, restaurants and tourist must-sees. The unit is perfect for a family with young children as it has a washer and dryer and kitchen amenities. Cannot recommend it highly enough. We hope to be back one day!

Amazing location and unit!

Doesn't get much better than this VRBO. Clearly a well loved unit, immaculately kept and cared for. Comfortably furnished. Clothes washer and separate dryer a huge plus. Quiet location - once you close the outer door to the street you would never know you are literally steps away from the famous Astronomical Clock! Prague is amazing and this unit shows why. Many thanks to the hosts who were so welcoming. (One note, not a criticism: there is no lift/elevator, which is the norm for old buildings. This unit is on the 3rd floor so make sure you can get your own bags up the steps. Those with mobility issues may have difficulty).

Visiting daughter Studying in Prague

This apartment was even better than anticipated. It literally is steps from the Astronomical clock and less than a 30 min walk to SO many attractions. We loved our time in Prague and were so comfortable in the apartment. We took advantage of Dana setting up transportation to/from the airport and it was seemless. Petr was punctual, friendly and even pointed out sites along the way. We didn't need anything during our stay, but Dana checked in after a ew days just to make sure all was good. We are grateful for the perfect location of this apartment and that everything described on the VRBO app was accurate. I would highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit Prague.
