Very Good and varied breakfast, pleasant dining room, comfortable beds, relatively pleasant room, slightly dim lighting, excellent heating, but no mirrors in the room. Nice and basic shower room. The hotel itself is modern, elegant and very pleasant. Excellent location!!

The hotel is nice and well located, though quite busy. The room was rather small, and the sound insulation could be improved — noise from the hallway was audible even at night. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. However, the towels are quite worn and should be replaced. The staff are nice and helpful.

Hotel and staff were excellent. The only thing I would say is it would have been nice if the bar area was more inviting. The bar was always quiet. Maybe it would be good if there was some form of entertainment in the evening. This way maybe people would stay in the hotel and utilise the bar. Other than that it was a lovely stay. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, great location very central. Only small issue is the shower. It's a great shower but it was leaking below the door, watering everything... Beside that it's a great hotel.

From the moment I walked through the door I was impressed. A warm welcome from Lewis at check in who was friendly and informative. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed with a decent TV, fridge, good shower, Aircon and opening windows. There were plenty of power outlets (though I would have like to have seen some USBs as well). Kettle and coffee machine. Most importantly, the bed was was comfortable allowing for a much needed good night's sleep. Breakfast was plentiful and a wide variety of food and drink was on offer to cater for most tastes. In the bar, the service was friendly and efficient. Although the beer choice was limited. The hotel itself is closed to the main shopping area, museums, metro, trams and the main railway station is about 10 minutes walk (add another five or so to walk through the station for the airport express bus). Another feature in the bar is a free pool table, table football and even a free photo machine. I'd happily stay here again on my next visit to Prague.
