This had all of the amenities you could hope for with old world service. The decor celebrates the time when the hotel came into being as a bank without seeming kitschy. We lives this hotel!

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker! Die Mitarbeiter nett. Das Zimmer war schön aber für ein superior Zimmer bzw grand Deluxe Zimmer etwas altmodisch. Es gab keinen Spiegel außer im Badezimmer, was sehr schade ist. Was ich auch sehr schade finde ist, dass der Portier bzw Doorman (waren 1-2 Kollegen) am Handy waren und meiner Begleitung und mir nicht die Tür aufgemacht haben. Beim rausgehen oder wiederkommen.

An excellent hotel + equally excellent location

For anyone travelling to Prague who wants a central location, the most amazing breakfast with live harp or violin music, the most comfortable beds and bedding plus a spa that is relaxing and wonderful topped off with staff that has the care of their customers are the forefront, then this is the hotel for you. This hotel in Prague is one of the best hotels that I have stayed at in the world. To all my fellow Canadians, this is the hotel for YOU!

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The hotel was brilliant, the pool and sauna were amazingly relaxing, Breakfast buffet was just perfect and had things for every taste. I will definitely go back again.
