Clean room, great location to easily get to other parts of Prague, yet not as expensive as Old Town can be. Bedroom was clean and provided fan for AC that worked wonderfully. Quick responses from hosts, even at times that may have been early or late.

Overall, the stay was good. The breakfast was simple but tasty, there was water available at all times and basic kitchen items. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the common areas were always clean. The bad part, in my opinion, was the bathrooms. For example, using the bathroom and not having a sink to wash your hands immediately afterwards (the sink is in the shower area, and if someone is showering, you can't wash your hands until they leave). The bathroom with the shower is quite large, but it wasn't used efficiently because the shower area is very small; you can't move around too much or water will spill all over the bathroom. They could make better use of the space they have and expand the shower area, as well as adjust the floor so that water doesn't spill everywhere.

The location is amazing right infront of the tram station. You are gonna share the bathroom 👎. Again the location is incredibly perfect 👌. The rooms are not soundproof. The service is really good and immediately. The check-in and out is really smooth.

According to us , the thing that they must develop is the communication. Second night of our stay, the smoke alarm from a room was active till the morning ( from 2am to 8 am). We texted them about it via hotels.com app but nobody came to check . If it was a real fire ,we don't know what would we do 😑 They said they're checking but nobody checked it. And even they didn't send a sorry message.Although we had that sleepless night everything else was really good. Thank you . We would come and stay again. The hotel was very clean and it is really very close to the public transport. The toilet and bathroom is common , not private so you share them with the people on the same floor. They offer free breakfast as pancakes, bread ,ham and butter. We loved it as well.

The room was spotless. NO reception. Details of entry codes were late. We had to call to get them. No tea or coffee making in room. Breakfast and drinks were only available between 8.30 and 10.00. Plus you had to go down 2 flights of stairs then the drinks were on the landing. You had to wait in line for quite a while to get some drinks and toast. NO afternoon drinks available. The staff were good but had no English. There was nothing on the door or Signage above to inform where Milada was.

I was informed prior arrival that at the day of arrival I'll receive information about self check-in. Nothing. I called to reception and they informed me we are not connected to hotels.com messages. Room without bathroom and toilet - ok, but one toilet without any water and hand washing option, which is only in the bathroom? And one toilet an bathroom for 5 rooms - 10 people? I n need to wait couple of time after toilet till bathroom is free? Awful. Breakfast from 8:30? Impossible for many people using this accomodation.

The property doesn't look *anything* like the pictures...we couldnt even find it at first. Property in state of disrepair & renovation; dust-covered workmen all over property, but nobody to answer any guest questions or help in any way at property. We were too early to check in because of the train schedule - that's fine, I totally understand if we can't check in for a few hours - but there's no place to store luggage. This left my girlfriend and I with no real options but to sit by the side of the road with our luggage for hours, or to get another hotel entirely. Several hours after checking in to our new hotel (1 Republic, which was GREAT and highly recommended), we finally got a response back from the management saying, in effect, too bad so sad, we're keeping your money. We were further informed in this communication that the hotel does not even have bathrooms in the rooms; its a "shared bathroom & shower" hotel. All the guests share the bathroom & shower. This was the worst lodging experience in my lifetime. Literally a complete waste of my money.

We didn't require assistance from the staff so can't comment on that. The hotel itself was sort of like a hostel private room. There was no staff on site but I saw a cleaner come by for the common areas. The bathroom and shower were shared. My husband and I both didn't really sleep while we stayed at this hotel. It was loud when other guests would come in. Also using the bathroom at night was tough because we had to leave the room and it was very bright. The price was good and it seemed clean. Even when we used earplugs we couldn't sleep and both not sure why.... I wouldn't stay here again unless I was on a very tight budget.

Ett ganska enkelt hotell som har det man behöver. Lite jobbigt att det inte ens finns egen toalett på rummet. Dusch ser jag inget problem att dela i den prisklassen däremot. Lite jobbigt även att det inte finns någon matsal utan man får antingen stå och äta i trapphuset (vilket jag gjorde 🙂) eller plocka och äta på rummet. Inget jätteproblem dock. Har du inte alltför stora krav rekommenderar jag ändå hotellet

Enemmänkin hostelli kuin hotelli. Viisi huonetta jakoi vessan ilman lavuaaria ja suihkun, jossa huoneiston ainoa vesipiste. Huone oli siisti ja sänky mukava, mutta minimalistisesti varusteltu. Yhteiset tilat olivat kohtuullisen siistit, mutta likaantuivat päivän mittaan. Ensimmäisen kerron kadunpuoleinen huone oli kuuma ja kova meteli kantautui kadulta sisälle. Aamupala oli kahvi ja lättyjä.

Morgenmaden var under alt kritik. Hvid toastbrød med syltetøj og nutella, og en pandekage maskine der smagte af gummi. Værelserne var udmærket, dog ikke særlig lydtætte. Desuden var der kun en nøgle til både toilet og bad, hvilket til tider var problematisk.

La posizione é molto comoda, con i mezzi in nemmeno 10 minuti si arriva a Ponte Carlo. La stanza in cui ho soggiornato era adeguata, ma in generale nell'appartamento c'era un solo bagno e una sola room shower per cinque stanze e sopratutto nella doccia era assente l'acqua calda.
