This was a nice hotel. It was clean and the breakfast was good. It took 1.5 hours to get requested addition towels but overall it was a. Ice stay. The location was quiet but close to many things.

The bed was really hard, AC with noise all night and they can fix it, breakfast very basic, the hotel smells like food all the time, disgusting. This is not a 5 star hotel neverThe bed was exceptionally uncomfortable, and the air conditioning unit emitted excessive noise throughout the night. Additionally, the breakfast offered was rather basic. Furthermore, the hotel emanates an overwhelming aroma of food, which is quite unpleasant. This establishment certainly does not meet the standards of a five-star hotel.

The hotel and the rooms were clean and with good amenities. We were family of 4 who stayed in connected rooms, which worked out perfectly. The included breakfast buffet had a good spread and tasted well too. This significantly reduced our stress about where to eat before we head out for our tourist activities. The service was overall ok, not outstandingly good. A minor issue was that the TV remote in one our rooms didn’t work. I mentioned this to the front desk but they didn’t fix it during our 3day stay. Since we didn’t need to watch TV as much, it wasn’t a big deal for us. The location of the hotel is also pretty good, close (15 min or less walk) to many restaurants and attractions. It’s also 2 min walk away from a metro and tram station.

The staff was great! The woman at the front desk when we checked in went above and beyond to help me get my backpack returned from the Uber driver who was trying to extort me for an unreasonable amount of money to return it. We had been awake for about 24 hours at this point. I’m sorry I never saw her again the whole week but she was awesome! The room was small but comfortable, quiet and in a great location. My only complaint would be to add screen sharing for the TV and some USB chargers in the room. We had a great time, thanks!
