I loved staying at Malostranska Residence! The location is fantastic! It’s 5 minutes from Charles Bridge, and across the street from all of the buses needed to get around Prague. The hotel is located on a beautiful square, close to markets, restaurants, and shops. The hotel itself it beautiful and very well taken care of. I stayed in a studio apartment, which was well-sized and well-furnished. The shower water pressure was great, and the bed was very comfortable. The view was wonderful. The staff was incredibly friendly. Our flight was delayed, so they allowed my parents to pick up my room keys. The manager even baked gingerbread cookies for the guests.

The apartment was in a beautiful historic building. It was close to transportation which connected to most of Prague. The easy walking distance to cultural sights, like the Prague castle, restaurants and cultural events made it ideally located. The staff at the Malostranska Residence were welcoming and helpful which has made our stay in Prague wonderful.

The property was charming, very clean, centrally, located with transportation outside the door and a few minutes walk to the Charles bridge. Most of all the staff was absolutely wonderful. I primarily interacted with Denny and Tina, and they were two of the most wonderful hotel staff members I have ever met. Highly recommend this place and my thanks again to the team!

This is a perfect location, a few steps from the Charles bridge. The room was clean, very quiet, the staff was wonderful. We took advantage the free public transportation for seniors which we did not know about till arriving in Prague.

I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay in Prague. The staff were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. The location is amazing, very central and just a couple minute walk from Charles bridge so it’s close to everything in old town, lesser town, and the Jewish quarter. Can’t wait to come back!

I could not have picked a more perfect place! The location is amazing, just a few minutes walk to Charles bridge. You enter right across the street from gorgeous buildings, and it’s walkable to everything. Despite lots of people being out at night, my room was completely silent. I also felt very safe in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Right in the heart of all things Prague. The apartment was spacious for our party of 5 and really beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed ( except shampoo/ conditioner ) but that’s so minor it was no bother to solve. Loved the small touches including the in apartment lit and decorated Xmas tree glowing on our arrival. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

This is a wonderful location! It's location is bustling during the day and relatively quiet at night, and it's an easy walk into Old Town over the Charles Bridge. The room was bright and clean, with great AC. I would very much recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again.

The Malostranka Residence exceeded expectations. It is a beautiful apartment hotel. We rented a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite which was perfect for our family of 5. There were plenty of places to store and hang our clothes. The living and dining areas were large, comfortable, and charming. The kitchen was fully equipped, there was a lot of storage, and there was even a cute terrace. It was unusually hot for the first part of our stay in Prague and the air conditioning worked perfectly and cooled every room. The location is also wonderful, It was quiet at night, but so convenient to everything you want to see and do in Prague. There are plenty of restaurants and shops just outside the door. The tram stop is also just outside and made it very easy to take the trip up to the Prague Castle. It is a short walk to the Charles Bridge and across the bridge to Old Town and all the sites to see there. Most importantly all of the staff members were friendly, helpful, and polite and spoke perfect English. The airline lost one of the pieces of our luggage and the staff was very helpful in communicating with the airline and seeing to it that when it did arrive at the airport it was delivered very quickly to our room. We can't say enough wonderful things about this place. We'd highly recommend it to everyone.
