The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. It's close to a variety of restaurants, a metro station, a tram stop, and a couple of supermarkets. The included breakfast was different every day, and we both found it tasty. I especially enjoyed the desserts. The room itself and bathroom were spacious. But they could use a bit refurbishing. The doors and floor were creaky. The space of the shower cabin was rather limited and there was no place for hand towels near the sink.

Price was comparable to UK equivalent. Room got fairly hot if you didn't have the air conditioning on but it was a loud system so you chose between sleep and cold effectively. Breakfast was fine, service very good though, pleasant front desk staff who were happy for you to leave key behind each night and luggage after check out, very handy. Rooms could be a bit cleaner but some of that is down to some of them maybe needing some modernising. Kettle leaked a bit, no big deal, plugs are quite a distance from bed for charging. Close to several public transport links but still a quiet area but note that Tram 13 doesn't operate fully with the construction works. Overall, a fine stay, it did what was required.

Such a lovely stay at La Fenice. The staff was kind, our room was very lovely and sweet. Easy to walk around to many sites in Prague as well as access transit (tram, train). Breakfast had many options. We would absolutely stay here again!

We returned again to this property as previous stay was without issues . This time : Reception ( staff ) very kind , helpful 5☆ Cleaning - polite ladies,clean room 5☆ wifi 5☆ , Air-con Large Apartment Top floor in bedroom is very noisy,even when Turned Off That's the only negative thing we had,( we've swapped to lower floor apartment where the air-con was with no issues . All together it was a very pleasant stay ( 12nights ) and we would stay again in the future without hasitation. Many thanks to the staff , 5☆

Hotel was great. Clean, large room with great staff. Location was great. 5 minute walk to underground that whisked you to historic center. Buffet breakfast with many choices was very good. Would stay here again.

The hotel was furnished in a style that matched its age and was beautifully appointed with antiques and paintings. The lift was easy to use and fairly fast. The staff were very humble yet helpful and spoke adequate English. The breakfast was extremely generous with an excellent selection of hot and cold food including 3 different types of traditional cakes each day and unlimited hot drinks from the coffee/chocolate machine. Also a cold drinks dispenser has 3 types of juice. There is a beautiful park over the road and a tram stop is 2 or 3 minutes walk down the same road as the hotel. The hotel was spacious and quiet. We would come again and we recommend it.
