Beautiful hotel, and lovely staff, especially the bar tenders. We did need to change rooms from a lovely suite, as the night time noise was LOUD. However, they accommodated us, which we highly appreciated. (I lived in NYC for many many years...so have a high threshold for the nightlife/trucks/emergency traffic all day and night ;)

The location is great. The accommodation is good. The orange juice at breakfast isn’t good - it’s watery - and the scrambled eggs you could bounce off a wall. However the rest of the breakfast was nice. The staff are lacking charm or interest. Reception, breakfast and the bar were all the same - no warmth or willingness to engage. They just sit (Reception) or stand there (bar and breakfast ), often just flicking thru their mobile phones. They don’t seem to really want to be there - and it made me feel the same.

This hotel is very centrally located to many attractions in Prague. The room was great and the staff were very attentive. I liked that they would exchange dollars for korunas at the desk for a very reasonable rate. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
