We were so glad we chose this hotel. Its location for visiting all tourist attractions on foot was perfect. The hotel itself was very clean, the bed comfortable, the staff very helpful & polite and the inclusive breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. My wife and I would be happy to stay there again in future.

Great Hotel

Great welcome from Tomas at reception. Most of the staff were good and efficient, except for the lady who worked the reception on the Thursday evening, who told us we could not sit in the main lounge because the bar did not open that evening.

Nice but could be a little better

We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was very clean, some of the staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were really comfortable if you werent in a room overlooking the trams. The only downside for us was there was nowhere to buy a hot drink in the morning or afternoon as the bar didnt open until 6pm if you werent staying as breakfast included. Your website and Hotel Information in the room definitely needs updating and maybe give coffee and the milk sachets in the room aswell as tea bags

Fantastic Hotel, loved where it was situated, Room 102 was. Superior room, Only issue was the noise of the Trams and scraping down stairs of chairs, Tv not very good overall Will definitely return, booked Uber on Phone whilst outside airport departures and you get in any uber car giving them a PIN walked everywhere, loved it, bars are cheaper this part of Prague, food places this side close around 10

Nice Hotel

Nice to arrive to a well heated Hotel room. So far this year I have arrived to very cold hotel rooms at 5 other Hotels! The room had a good working desk and a comfy bed. Unfortunately I had to leave at 04.15 in the morning so I missed the good breakfast this time - but enjoyed taking my car out of the heated Parking under the Hotel.

Very quiet all weekend. When went to breakfast we were always very surprised to see how many people weee actually staying at the hotel. Great location just outside the tourist traps and close enough to walk but trams, buses and a metro all vey close. We used them to get from and to the Airport. 45-50 mins cost us 40KCZ. (£1.40) for a 90 minute ticket.

Lovely hotel in a great location, friendly and helpful staff. I would happily stay in the hotel ahaij because of the location and comfort of the hotel and nuce staff. My biggest issue is the shark in the tank, it has no room and is just constantly repeating the same movement and is in there alone. Please note this is not a good image on the hotel and a lot of other guests have mentoined this. The tank would be netter use for a few small fish. Please do the right thing and give the shark a better life elsewhere where it can be taken care of propperly. This is the only downside to this hotel which is a shame because other than that we really liked it here.
