Wir hatten hier einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Das Hotel ist super gelegen, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erkunden. Die Mitarbeiter/innen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sauber und modern eingerichtet. Man sollte nur berücksichtigen, dass der Aufzug nur bis in den 5. Stock fährt, das Hotel ist aber im 6., für uns war das kein Problem, aber für Rollstuhlfahrer, oder mit Kinderwagen wäre das natürlich problematisch.

Eine super stylische und persönliche Unterkunft, die erst im Juni 2020 eröffnet wurde. Das Hotel befindet sich im oberen Stock eines historischen Gebäudes (24 Stunden Portierdienst und Zugang mit Keycard), das Auto kann man nach Rücksprache im Innenhof parken. Die Inneneinrichtung, Bäder, Dekoration sind sehr stylisch und entsprechen den Bildern auf der Webseite des Hotels. Kostenloses WLAN, Netflix, Safe und Boxspringbett haben das Angebot abgerundet und haben uns besonders imponiert. Auch die Lage war super: Altstadt ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, nächste Metrostation ist direkt vor der Tür, viele Cafés drum herum. Beim nächsten Besuch von Prag werden wir ganz sicher versuchen, wieder ein Zimmer bei Planet Prag zu bekommen.

Goed gesitueerd hotel, vriendelijk geprijsd.

Dit hotel is nog maar kort in bedrijf dus het voelt nog wat onwennig op een charmante manier. Maar de ontvangst is vriendelijk en correct. De locatie is prettig dichtbij het centrum met voldoende horeca op loopafstand. Er wordt in dit hotel geen ontbijt aangeboden, maar voor de ultieme ontbijt-ervaring raden we La Bottega Linka https://linka.lacollezione.cz/en aan, een fantastisch trendy restaurant. Onze kamer (Moon) was vrij klein, maar voldeed voor ons prima. De receptie is -net als de kamers- op de bovenste etage van een bedrijvenverzamelcomplex dat waarschijnlijk een voormalig ziekenhuis is, de hotelreceptie is niet altijd bezet. Bij de entree beneden is nog een Tsjechische ontvangst die wel 24 uur bezet is en vriendelijk en behulpzaam naar de lift verwijst, maar men spreekt nauwelijks Engels. Voor het hotel is een plek om kort te parkeren (in- en uitladen). Er zijn slechts vier parkeerplekken op de krappe binnenplaats, vooraf reserveren is noodzakelijk. Op Hotels.com wordt dit niet duidelijk gecommuniceerd. Een alternatief is de parkeergarage onder shoppingmall Palladium, vijf minuten lopen. De kamer is prima, maar was erg warm, telkens wanneer je binnenkwam. De airco blijft niet werken en het duurt even voordat de temperatuur weer aangenaam was. Met twee kamersleutels zou dit op te lossen zijn. Het bed is prima en er is alleen een bureaustoel. Er is een Nespresso-apparaat aanwezig; cupjes vragen bij de receptie. De doucheruimte is modern en voldoende.
