Excelent breakfast. Building and the rooms are very nice. The staff extremely friendly. The AC was not working properly. We opened the door to cool the room. The shower floor a bit slippery. Be careful! Consider installing a bar or a non slip tape.

The property was a 10 minute walking distance from the bridge that takes you to the main square so you have the quietness but still near the centre. The breakfast was really nice and the staff were very helpful and courteous. From the hotel it is about a 10-15 minute walk to the castle through the gardens so you are not negotiating the crowds of Charles Bridge .

Just got home from a wonderful trip to the beautiful city of Prague , the hotel was a major factor in ensuring we had a lovely stay. Can’t fault anything at all everything was awesome from the staff to the amenities and facilities. The place is spotless with everything looking pristine. Breakfast is great and sets you up for the day , like I said the staff are amazing with nothing to much trouble. Trams and metro around 200 metres away and old town a lovely ten minute stroll away

We had a fantastic stay....felt like home from home and a great location to explore Prague from. Great service, from our very helpful and friendly check-in on our arrival, right through our stay, the staff were great. Very clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was really very good indeed.

This hotel was absolutely not slightly 5 Star Very tired hotel Whilst we had a big bedroom which i paid extra for it was so old. The couch was very uncomfortable so not suitable The bathroom was very good except for the shower which was very powerful but i struggled to use it as positioning was all wrong and there was no screen or handle. Very poor for health and safety Breakfast wasn’t good i’m afraid… Cheap!!
