Room was clean and staff was excellent. Staff was willing to assist in anyway. Location is excellent! Tram service was nearby and a bus station for a direct bus to and from the airport in a 10min walk. The only issue I have is with the Laundry Service. Before finalizing the wash, notification of the total cost to wash the laundry should be passed on to the guest if different from what was expected at first(approx. 57 Euros). The new price of 158 Euros is unrational. If I was aware beforehand, the laundry could be completed at Prague Andy's Laundromat(a family member utilized this service for a larger load and confirmed the price) nearby for 20 Euros.

Small boutique hotel in a quiet street a few minutes from a main underground station. The furnishings were in excellent condition and a very comfortable bed gave a good sleep. A chair in the bedroom would have been appreciated but overall there was no other issues. A friendly welcome at reception and attentive staff in the restaurant capped a very pleasant stay.

The hotel was well appointed and decorated, and in a convenient location. Breakfast was excellent. Only criticisms were the rooms were hot (A/C was disabled for the season and there were no other fan options), and the water temperature in the shower often fluctuated between icy and scalding)
