AC did not work, furniture was in not cleaned state, sewage system was a bid of clogged, washroom’s fan was not working. Everything has mentioned above had been reported on the first day and continued being unattended until checking out.

Perfect Stay in Prague!

The included was excellent, both the buffet and the individually prepared dishes. We also ate in the restaurant for dinner one night and enjoyed it very much. The staff gave us good direction to tourist sights. Very comfortable, very centrally located. The hotel even prepared special breakfast to go packages for us because we had to leave at 4:30AM for a flight. The taxi pickup at the airport and the taxi service to the airport, arranged through the hotel, worked very well. Perfect stay at this hotel!
