Superb Service
The concierge, David, was superb. He addressed and solved our problem that was beyond his call of duty. We are definitely returning to this hotel this summer. He has given us confidence that we can stay comfortably at Golden Well hotel.

My husband and 7 yo daughter shared a room at the Golden Well for our 3 night stay in Prague. We loved the beautifully appointed room with sumptuous bedding, the great array of snacks and minibar, plenty of comfy furnishings, wonderful bath amenities, and the best staff one could ask for. The list goes on- we got a bottle of wine in our room, as well as a yummy dessert treat every night. The views of the rooftops from the restaurant were fantastic as well as was the proximity to Prague castle. We truly felt pampered and enjoyed the delicious breakfasts every morning. I would definitely recommend this charming, updated historic hotel (only if you are a quiet and respectful guest however as it is not a place for late night partiers).

Highly recommend this hotel. If you are looking for a quaint high end hotel this is it. It is not your typical chain hotel but every room is quirky and distinct. Staff is super friendly and attentive and the restaurant was AMAZING! There wasnt anything i did not like about this hotel.

I have rarely written reviews... My husband and I wanted to stay at this hotel the following weekend. We saw haw charming it looked and thought it would be perfect....A well earned weekend get-away. It was late on Saturday night and I thought I should book a nice room for the following weekend before I go to bed. I did just that and accidentally put todays date and not for next weekend....My husband caught this in the morning. I immediately asked to change the date for the one we meant to book the following weekend. After a few days I was told that no change and no refund. I own a small business and I know that an honest mistake happens. WOW- I spent my vacation money for the weekend now... so Prague will have to wait. I'm disappointed that...Thats it. I don't want to hurt the business but I think possibly it may help the management realize that every customer matters.

The staff was absolutely amazing and made the stay truly enjoyable they were right there for any question and to help with anything and everything. Breakfast was excellent and the dinning experience on the roof was spectacular. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to head to Prague!! It’s well Worth it…
