During our recent trip to Prague, we had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Golden Crown, and I can honestly say it was an experience we won’t forget. Right from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. A special shoutout goes to Nicole from the reception team, who truly made our stay extraordinary. Nicole’s friendly demeanor and willingness to help us navigate the city turned what could have been a daunting experience into a fantastic adventure. She not only welcomed us with open arms but also took the time to recommend places to visit and eat—her suggestions were spot on! From cozy cafés to must-see landmarks, we felt like we had our own personal tour guide. Every time we needed assistance, Nicole was there, ready with answers to our questions or just a friendly chat. The Hotel Golden Crown offers a wonderful atmosphere, but Nicole truly elevates the experience. If you’re planning a visit to Prague, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you, Nicole, and the rest of the reception team, for making our stay so enjoyable! We can’t wait to come back!

Room was spacious, light and bright, with all amenities. The bathroom was large with an enormous tub, however, only a hand held shower and no shower door or curtain. Electrical planning was poor regarding lights and outlets, i.e., no light over the desk.

All was good with the hotel.The breakfast was good but, the”American Coffee” could have been sewer water, disgusting. Starbucks is American Coffee, so please change the name or change the coffee. Get a machine like all other hotels I stayed in(25) in Eastern Europe.

This hotel has a high rating and is extremely charming but to be honest is really more like a strong three star hotel with regards to amenities and the quality of the interior. Having said that they have the absolute best staff I have seen in quite some time and I travel quite quite quite quite quite frequently internationally and stay at five and six star hotels the front desk staff is equal to all of those period specifically Nicole and Giovanni were some of the most amazing encounters I have had at a hotel in my life period this trip alone we started in Prague at another five star hotel flew to crack out Poland to enjoy Christmas then flew to Budapest and then back to Prague and I will openly tell you that this hotel based on its location and staff are absolutely worth visiting
