Positives: Staff were extremely nice. Breakfast was delicious with multiple options (hot and cold). Free coffee, cappuccino, tea all day. Great location, walkable distance to city center, supermarket, and shopping. Negatives: Our safe was locked in the room so we couldn’t use it. No ironing board. Stained carpet. Room didn’t look like any of the options in the pictures advertised online (outdated and dingy), drains were clogged - slowly draining.

It’s a great location and the staff were very nice. The rooms were clean and mostly updated except for the carpet but it was fine, just not newer. The breakfast had lots of variety and options. When I booked the hotel it said they had laundry facilities but upon arrival I was told they didn’t. They did help accommodate us and the cleaning staff washed a load of our laundry for 20 euros. Overall it was a good experience.

Room in attic was spacious but temperature very hot. Even with a/c and window open. Leak from ceiling in bathroom. Didn't like bath as nowhere to put showerhead when using soap. Good cleanliness and decor. Very musty corridor and could snell breakfast in corridor. Staff not very friendly and breakfast was very basic.

Nice hotel with excellent location. Rooms could do with an update, dirty, stained carpets. Air conditioning is more like a fan and very noisy. Glad it wasn't really hot because it would have been unbearable. Great breakfast and amazing choice. Overall was a good hotel to stay in

Great location and breakfast

Great located hotel in the city centre, close to lots of shopping. Every tour and landmark we wanted to visit was within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel bed was comfortable, bathroom was modern and clean. Rooms were air conditioned and bright. Downsides were old and stained carpets throughout the hotel, had requested two singles beds and got a double. However overall very happy with the stay
