Unpleasant staff at front desk. Hotel is ok

Clean room. Courtyard room is quiet. Comfortable bed. Good location. 7 min walk to heart of walkable streets. I’d recommend this hotel. All Staff at front desk is not very friendly and come across as don’t bother me I’m texting my friend. Owner of Hotel needs to find a more pleasant staff.

Great little place not too far out from the central areas and easily accessible by public transport. The room was comfortable and clean and the bed was cozy. The only issue we had was the weird smell in the hallway and made its way into the rooms

It is a nice hotel, 15 min far from downtown. Room is big and bed pretty comfortable, however there is no water or minibar in the room and towels are worn-out. Breakfast is OK but you expect a bit more from a 4 star hotel (brad was stale on the first day) - in our opinion it looks like a 3 star hotel. The receptionist is usually friendly but sometimes a bit ill-mannered : we wanted to check out but he kept us waiting because he wanted to make some calls. Other clients wanted to enter the main door but he kept them too waiting outside.

The hotel is very central to everything, within walking distance of all sights, shopping, eating, transport. Room.was spacious and cosy had everything you need for a few nights in beautiful prague.

Very central location, just a few minutes' walk from Wenceslas Square and from there to the Old Town Square. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful. Guests are free to come and go as they please, no matter what time of day or night. The rooms have all the facilities you'd expect with en suite shower and tea/coffee making facilities. My only criticism would be that English Breakfast Tea (without Bergamot flavouring) is not available, and milk is not included in the tea/coffee facility in the rooms.
