The lack of reception at the property, while normally not an issue, led to problems when the water supply was turned off for an entire day. I was supplied with a bottle but showering/toilet flushing/hand washing was difficult. I was informed only a few hours before check in whilst travelling. The AC in the room was also not working which made for uncomfortable sleeping. The lack of room keys/cards and instead using a code on your mobile phone is a mistake and I imagine could lead to problems. I would not stay in the property again. It was a lovely building with clean and spacious rooms but the lack of water is a serious concern.

It was an excellent choice! The room was clean and spacious. The area is wonderful. Even though it isn’t a hotel, staff were available for any need. I definitely recommend and hope to return. Thank you for a memorable stay.

I had really high hopes for this trip, but sadly the experience was quite disappointing. When I booked, I made a few requests in advance, yet no one followed up or communicated with me at all. It already gave me the feeling that details were not being taken seriously. There was free bottled water provided, which was a nice thought, but without an opener it was impossible to drink, such a small detail that made a big difference to the comfort of our stay. But the most upsetting part was on the day of checkout. The official checkout time was 12pm, yet at 11am someone entered the property by using the passcode. I believe he was another guest, but regardless, this should never happen. My wife was scared and it completely ruined the end of our trip. We left feeling stressed instead of relaxed, which is the opposite of what a holiday should be.

Very convenient location and easily accessible to public transportation and shopping. Historical building with all modern conveniences. The only downside is noise level from street downstairs as it is a busy area but it comes with the location choice.

We loved the location, it is where we wanted to be. This location may not be for everyone, it can be a little louder than you would expext in the night time, but that is the late night partiers heading home. Shopping is near by, winsceslaus square, and Old Town center are very close. Access to public transportation is right outside the front door. We did rent a two room unit and was surprised by the glass bathroom door, which was a little wierd. So we had to announce to each other when using the restroom or showering. Other than that it was a neat building and location.

I love this property although I wish the bathroom door were private (since is a translucent Cristal and everyone can see you), I had my teenage kids with me so we had to let everyone know when we used the bathroom so nobody came out of the bedrooms and see what you were doing in the bathroom, besides that I really like the property! Really nice and spacious!
