Amazing staff and Hotel

Hotel was great! Located just outside of Prague so it was really quiet. The staff was absolutly amazing and very helpful. The only issue that I had was that the beds were a little stiff. Other than that, I would stay in that hotel again next time I go to Prague.

Great hotel for visits to the University

Stayed at Hotel Jas while visiting a friend at the nearby University. The location is great, easy access to the bus. The restaurant is quite good, I would highly recommend the Czech soup for breakfast. The room was well furnished and the staff was very nice and accommodating. I would happily stay there again.

Kotoisa ja lämminhenkinen hotelli

Lämminhenkinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Kaikki tarpeellinen edulliseen hintaan. Hotellin nimi oli muuttunut eikä ollut sama, kuin tilauksessa. Lisäksi hotellissa oli vielä käyntikortit vanhalla hotellin nimellä. Tsekissä kysytään passi/henkilökortin tiedot kirjautuessa hotelliin, mikä oli vähän outoa länsimaihin tottuneelle.

Hotel parfait malgrés quelques defauts

Personnel trés agréable, au top . Chambre nickel, confortable et spacieuse avec plateau d'acceuil. Proximité du centre ville en bus + métro pratique trés bien desservis. Arrêt de bus en face de l'hotel ! Le weekend, possibilité de se garer directement a coté de la station de métro car il y a des places de parking gratuites disponnibles. Pdj rien a dire charcuterie fromage yaourt céréales oeufs possibilité de commander des scrumble eggs ou autre super. Juste nous avions un chien 6.30 par nuit sa fait un peu chèr pour 4 nuits. Nous avions également demander oú il y avait un lavomatique, la receptionniste nous a gentillement proposé le service mais mon anglais etant pas trés bon, jai mal compris le prix et le linge nous a été facturé 60 euros plus chère qu'une nuit ca fait trés trés chér pour une machine !

Dobrá poloha v blízkosti ČZU.

Hotelové služby bez závad. Bohužel v době našeho pobytu probíhala výstavba v těsné blízkosti hotelu, což se projevilo na hluku během dne.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel fenster zur strasse

Bei Anreise erst große Enttäuschung das gebuchte Zimmer ( Doppel bett mit Balkon) war ein dunkles zwei bett Zimmer ohne balkon mit Fenster zur lauten Straße... Man hat uns dann einen Rabatt gegeben und uns verständlich gemacht das wir die nächsten 3 Tage in diesem Zimmer bleiben müssen und erst 2 Tage vor Abreise das eigentliche Zimmer wieder frei ist da ihnen ein Fehler bei der reservierung unterlaufen sei ... Den Rabatt gab es erst mach mehrfachem Fragen wie wir nun verbleiben .... Der Chef wurde geholt der allerdings kein Wort zu uns sagte oder uns auch nur anschaute es wurde nur zwischen den Mitarbeitern in der Landes sprache diskutiert und er ging wieder wortlos und ohne Entschuldigung.... Wir fanden uns damit ab und wollten uns trotz allem eine schöne Zeit machen ... Die nächsten 3 Tage waren dank der lauten Straße und der harten bett Matratze allerdings mit wenig schlaf belastet...Abends an der Rezeption etwas zu erfragen gestaltete sich schwierig da die Mitarbeiterin der Nacht Schicht kaum ein Wort englisch sprach bei Frage nach einer Flasche Wein die wir auf das Zimmer schreiben wollten gab es große Diskussion der Service Mitarbeiter wollte nur Bargeld haben da seine Kasse schon geschlossen war und erst nach mehreren Minuten meiner Seits zu erklären das sie es doch auf das Zimmer schreiben lassen können willigte er miss mutig ein ... Wir haben es einen Abend gewagt in dem Hotel eigenen Restaurant zu essen, fett flecken auf den tischen und schlechtes essen wie ...

Venligt personale på slidt hotel

Personalet var søde og servicemindede. Vi savnede air-condition i sommervarmen, men receptionisten lånte os sin ventilator. Badeværelset var i dårlig stand. Bruserhovedet var i stykker og toilettet kunne ikke rigtigt skylde ud. Det var irriterende at der kun var gratis internet til én enhed på værelset, når vi boede på et familieværelse. Ellers levede hotellet op til mine forventninger.

good hotel with good restaurant

the room space is generous, and the staff is very friendly, we had a good night of sleep. After a long day of driving, we decided to eat in the restaurant on site, it was luckily very delicious!

Ist nicht schlecht, aber auch nicht etwas besonderes. Beim check inn so cca um 15 Uhr war mein Zimmer noch nicht bereit, die Zimmer sind durschnitlich, der TV ist sehr klein und keine Deutsche und Englische progarme, auc gibt es keine liste mit allen programen die man empfangen kann. Das Fruhstuck war "na ja" es geht, definitiv ist dieses Hotel nicht auf 4 sterne nivo, eher 3 sterne, aber fur einen kurztripp ok. Ich habe 50 EUR bezahlt fur 1 nacht (doppelzimmer), ich werde das nachste mal fur 50 EUR etwas besseres suchen. Meine bewertiung "durchschnitlich", fur 2 personen max 40 EUR pro nacht solte der Preis sein fur dieses Hotel.

Zamluven 1x4-lůžkový pokoj. Telefonicky ověřeno 2 dny před příjezdem. Po příjezdu volné pouze 2x2-lůžkový pokoj. Dokáži pochopit situaci, že se tak stane, ale nepřipadá mi ok, že o tom nevím dopředu.

Kurzurlaub in Prag. Empfang englisch sprechend, sehr freundlicher junger Mann äusserst hilfsbereit. Geldwechsel im Hotel möglich. Essen im Restaurant guter Landesdurchschnitt, Speisekarte in Englisch. Sehr freundlicher Kellner. Ordendliches Zimmermädchen. Leider kein einziger deutscher Fernsehsender.

Ett prisvärt hotel i toppklass

Vi bodde en vecka på detta fantastiska 4 stjärniga hotel med våra två små. Hotelet ligger i ett lugnt, fint villaområde högt över stan. Maten som serveras på Resturangen till middag håller hög klass och bra priser. Frukosten är enkel men finns alltid färskt bröd, grönsaker och frukt samt många olika pålägg och tesorter. Personalen i receptionen talar bra engelska, är väldigt hjälpsamma och otroligt trevliga. De har gästen i fokus med tanken att gästen alltid har rätt. Det är så fräscht och fint på Hotelet och doftar nystädat överallt. Rummen städas varje dag och städerskorna gör verkligen det lilla extra. Det finns hiss, lekhörnan både inne och ute passade vår 4 åring och 1 åring, buss 107 stannar precis utanför och går väldigt ofta och tar 5-10 min till närmsta spårvagn(tram) samt metro. Det är verkligen ett 4 star hotel och otroligt prisvärt och detta gör att vi snart vill komma tillbaka igen!

Sehr schönes Hotel am Stadtrand

Sehr schönes Hotel mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Bushaltestelle direkt am Hotel. (20 Min bis ins Zentrum) Hotelpersonal an der Rezeption nicht immer kompetent und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sehr schön, klein und sauber, nicht alle aufgelisteten Fernsehprogramme zu empfangen. Frühstück sehr gut. Preis - Leistung sehr gut. Für einen Kurztrip gern wieder!
