Hitels.com ist keine Hilfe....
Es war das erste und letzte mal das ich hier gebucht habe und werde.
Hab eine Bestätigung von Hotels.com bekommen das das Appartement gebucht und alles geregelt ist.
Als ich angekommen bin und die Schlüssel holen wollte,
wusste keiner im Büro von irgendeiner Reservierung oder Buchung, kein Eintrag im Pc oder E-Mail von Hotels.com.
Aber das Büro hat mir trotzdem weiter geholfen und mir ein hochwertigers Appartement besorgt zum gleichen Preis.
Achso und telefonisch hat mir bei Hotels.com auch keiner weitergeholfen....
