Amazing location! I travelled with a teenager and two seniors (70+). Room was perfect, cozy bed, clean shower with warm water. Short walking distance to almost all tourist attractions. 10 points!

Room comfortable. Great location. Good restaurants to eat. Near all main attractions. Staff were nice and responded fairly quick. However, because of the location it was really noisy. If you are looking to rest at night and don’t mind the noice it is good for you but otherwise it is not. They had AC in the room but because it was not summer they didn’t allow us to use it. They told us to open the windows and turn off the heater but since the area was so noisy we couldn’t open the windows to sleep so the room was uncomfortably worm. We didn’t appreciate that. Also the rooms are built in weird way that some stairs were a bit risky so not good for elderly people or small children. Other than that, we had a good time in Prague.

Lo mejor que tiene este hotel es su ubicación inmejorable. Está en el corazón de Praga. A pocos metros del reloj, del puente de Carlos. El check in es impersonal, nunca tuve contacto con persona alguna y todo fue en línea. La habitación es espaciosa, es cómoda, en un bonito edificio. La limpieza no la hacen diaria. Primer hotel en todos mis viajes que no la da diario. El servicio fue muy regular, no sustituyeron vasos usados, solo sustituyeron un juego de toallas. La alfombra está un poco manchada y eso le resta al aspecto general. Tampoco tiene servicio de desayuno (en los otros hoteles de mi viaje contábamos con ello). También habían unos bichitos inofensivos en el baño. En general está muy bien pero estaría excelente que la limpieza fuera diaria o si no es posible, que pusieran más empeño en ella.

Aurus Hotel is conveniently located. Easy walk to Charles Bridge, Old Town and other sightseeing. Lots of shops and dining options. The hotel also offers airport transportation for a fee of 850Kc and is easy to set up. The luxury suite was just as pictured in the photos. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

This is not a “hotel” in a modern sense. It is an apartment without a kitchen. It is perfect for a small family. They do not clean and they only provide coffee for the first day. Someone came by to drop a few fresh towels and we asked for more coffee. The air conditioner doesn’t seem to cool. Just blows room temperature air. We noticed a mini refrigerator tucked in a corner on our way out the door on the last day. All this to say, if you have a kiddo or two traveling with you, the space is great and the location is terrific.
