Our welcome and check in was very friendly and efficient. The room was a decent size and well equipped. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy our complimentary bottle of wine and couldn’t take it with us. There was a little noise from trams passing by but it didn’t keep us awake. Broken hot water, poor internet, no water one day and no parking onsite was not expected for the amount we paid to stay here. I was very unhappy that you charged me more than I paid at my 5 star Hotel in Hamburg for water and parking, and without tell me the cost beforehand. I assumed parking would be free because of the inconvenience. Otherwise it was an amazing hotel, however I think for the price I will stay elsewhere in the future.
